Three Ways to Visit
An afternoon, an evening, or half a day — whichever the week calls for.
Each visit is complete in itself. None requires experience with onsen culture or any particular preparation. You arrive; we take care of the rest.

Designed around how long you have, and what you need.
Not everyone arrives with the same amount of time or the same kind of tiredness. A traveller with a free afternoon needs something different from someone who wants to understand what a ryokan evening feels like. And someone seeking a longer, quieter withdrawal from a busy trip needs something different still.
The three visits below were developed with these distinctions in mind. All of them include the springs. Each is shaped differently around them.
What Every Visit Includes
Indoor and open-air rotenburo baths, fed from the Yumoto springs
A host present throughout, available for questions or guidance
Session sizes capped at eight guests across the property
Etiquette briefing for first-time visitors, offered gently before entry
Visit One · Daytime
Day Hot Spring Visit
A relaxed afternoon of bathing at your own pace, with access to both baths, a tatami lounge to rest between soaks, and warm tea throughout. A towel set is provided. A host is on hand for first-time visitors.
Suited to travellers with a few free hours who want to experience the springs without committing to a full evening. The simplest, most open-ended of the three visits.
¥3,600 per person

Visit Two · Evening
Ryokan Dinner & Bath Evening
An unhurried three-hour evening pairing a seasonal multi-course dinner served in the traditional ryokan style with full use of the inn's hot-spring baths. A host explains the courses and the rhythm of the evening as it unfolds.
For those who want a taste of what an overnight ryokan stay feels like — the food, the baths, the particular quality of a mountain evening — without committing to a full night away. A gentle, considered introduction.
¥12,800 per person

Visit Three · Half-Day
Half-Day Onsen Retreat
An unhurried half-day of rest combining hot-spring bathing, a light seasonal lunch served in a private tatami room, and quiet time to read or simply let the morning or afternoon settle. A host attends throughout. No schedule to keep beyond your own.
The most open of the three visits, suited to those who want to slow down properly. The private room and the unscheduled time between bathing and lunch give this a different quality from the other visits — something closer to what a day to yourself actually feels like.
¥17,400 per person

Not Sure Which to Choose?
A few questions worth sitting with.
If you have a free afternoon
Day Hot Spring Visit
You want to soak, rest a little, and leave feeling noticeably different from when you arrived. You do not need a full evening or a meal. You may be passing through Hakone or simply have a few hours before something else.
Learn more →If you want the full ryokan rhythm
Dinner & Bath Evening
You are curious about what an evening at a traditional inn actually feels like — the food, the sequence, the particular mood that comes from eating well and then bathing — but you are not ready for or interested in an overnight stay.
Learn more →If you need to properly stop
Half-Day Retreat
You want more than a pleasant bath. You want a few hours where the pace is entirely your own — to bathe, eat something quiet and seasonal, and sit in a room with nothing particular required of you.
